Tai Chi is a gentle complete whole-body exercise which encourages the muscles and tendons to stretch and relax alternately. As a result, they become more flexible and the joints become looser. Practised by millions of people over the centuries, Tai Chi has been proven helpful to the health of the body.
The Academy is run by volunteer instructors dedicated to teaching the techniques and benefits of Tai Chi. We welcome new members and teach in a relaxed, friendly manner.
